Practical content about photography, cameras and gear
I’m Florian Kunde, a photographer and content creator based in Northern Germany. On Flokugrafie.de and my YouTube channel, I publish reviews, hands-on experiences and videos about cameras, lenses and photography gear.
My goal is not simply to present a product in the most promotional way possible. I want to show how equipment actually performs in real-world use, where its strengths and weaknesses are, and who it might be the right choice for.
Many of my articles and videos continue to attract viewers and readers long after publication. Blog posts are discovered through Google, while YouTube videos continue to generate views through search and recommendations for months or even years.
I also work professionally as a content creator in the photography industry at Calumet Photo Video, where I deal with cameras, lenses, video equipment and photographic technology on a daily basis.

Flokugrafie.de has been online for several years and focuses primarily on in-depth reviews and hands-on experiences with cameras, lenses and accessories.
Search engine optimization is an important part of my work. Many of my articles rank for specific product-related searches on Google and continue to reach new readers long after publication.
Social Media
I also publish selected content on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Depending on the project, social media can be used as an additional channel. However, my main focus is on content that remains discoverable and relevant over a longer period of time.
What I can offer brands
Depending on the product and the goals of the campaign, different formats are possible. I do not work with rigid packages and instead look at which type of content makes the most sense for the individual product.
Dedicated YouTube videos
Detailed reviews, hands-on tests or experience-based videos focused entirely on one product.
Whenever possible, I test products under real-world conditions and combine technical information with actual results and my personal assessment.
YouTube integrations
Not every product needs a dedicated review.
Accessories or products that fit naturally into an upcoming video can also be integrated into relevant content. In many cases, this creates a more natural presentation than a traditional standalone advertising segment.
SEO-optimized blog articles
Detailed reviews and hands-on articles published on Flokugrafie.de.
Depending on the product, these can include original product photography, technical information, sample images, practical experience, strengths and weaknesses, and relevant links.
Articles are structured with long-term search visibility in mind.
YouTube and blog combined
For larger collaborations, a YouTube video and a dedicated blog article can be combined.
The video provides a personal and visual presentation of the product, while the article adds additional information, sample images and long-term search visibility.
Both pieces of content can be linked to each other.
Product comparisons
Products that can be compared with established alternatives are particularly interesting.
Instead of reviewing a product in isolation, I can compare it directly with competing products and show where the differences are, what compromises may exist and which option makes more sense for a particular type of user.
Shorts and Reels
Short-form vertical videos can complement a larger collaboration or highlight specific features of a product.
Possible formats include quick practical tips, unusual features, before-and-after comparisons or particularly interesting results.
Product photography and sample images
Camera and lens reviews usually include original product photography and a wide range of sample images.
Additional usage rights for selected images by the collaboration partner can be discussed separately.
Affiliate partnerships
Long-term affiliate partnerships are also possible for suitable brands and retailers.
This can be especially valuable for articles and videos that continue to receive traffic through Google and YouTube over a long period of time.

Dedicated YouTube review + blog article + real-world testing in Denmark
For the Rollei 85mm F1.8, I took the lens with me to the Danish Baltic coast and tested it extensively in real-world conditions on a Nikon Z camera.
Instead of simply presenting specifications, I focused on how the lens actually performs in practice. The review covers image quality, sharpness, bokeh, autofocus, handling and its weaknesses in challenging lighting conditions, supported by sample images taken during the trip.
The result was a detailed YouTube review combined with an in-depth article on Flokugrafie.de, giving the product both a personal video presentation and long-term visibility through search.

Sigma 16–300mm F3.5–6.7 DC OS
YouTube review + blog article + several weeks of real-world testing
For the Sigma 16–300mm, I used the lens for several weeks in very different situations, including a family vacation and trips to a wildlife park.
Rather than focusing primarily on specifications, I wanted to find out what it is actually like to travel with such an extreme all-in-one zoom. The review covers image quality throughout its huge focal range, stabilization, handling and the compromises that come with combining everything from wide-angle to 300mm in a single lens.
The result was a detailed YouTube review supported by real-world sample images and an additional article on Flokugrafie.de.

What matters to me in a collaboration
I do not want to simply showcase products. My goal is to create content that provides genuine value to my viewers and readers.
For that reason, I primarily accept collaborations that are relevant to photography, video, technology or my own content workflow.
A positive review can never be guaranteed as part of a collaboration. My personal opinion and editorial independence remain unchanged, including for paid projects.
The scope, format, technical information, links, publication period and other details can of course be agreed in advance.
Product sample or paid collaboration?
Both sample-based collaborations and paid projects are possible.
Whether I can create content solely in exchange for a product depends on how well the product fits my upcoming content and on the amount of work required for the requested deliverables.
Paid collaborations can be prioritized within my production schedule.
Sending a product therefore does not automatically guarantee a dedicated YouTube video or a full blog review. The exact scope of every collaboration is agreed in advance.
